As a made-to-order and zero brand, Angrakhaa does not offer refunds on any orders once placed.

- Orders that are customised or bought using coupons codes/discounts/gift cards/promotional offers are not eligible for exchange/return.
EXCHANGE TIMELINE
Once a exchange request is approved, the process — including quality check, confirmation, and dispatch/credit note issuance — may take up to 15 business days from the date we receive the item back at our facility.
FINAL SALE
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue credit notes on the following:

Items bought on sale, discounts, flash sales

Orders placed using coupon codes or promotional offers

Customized or personalized orders

Items purchased using credit notes

Gift cards
These are considered FINAL SALE, and no exceptions will be made.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
If your order arrives with a defect or damage:

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide a video of unboxing and images to support your claim.

Damage claims made after this period or without sufficient evidence will be rejected.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
The return fee of Rs. 150 to be borne by the customer.
