Returns & Exchange Policy

At Angrakhaa, each piece is made to order with care and intention. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. To maintain fairness to our team and to ensure quality standards, we follow a strict returns and exchange policy as outlined below:

GENERAL TERMS

  • We offer a 15-day exchange window from the date of delivery, as per the tracking information provided by our courier partner.

  • All requests must be initiated by writing to customersupport@angrakhaa.com with your order number, photographs of the item, and the reason for exchange.

  • WhatsApp (+91 7011483775) can be used only for follow-up communication after your email has been acknowledged. Requests made solely via WhatsApp will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The return package must reach us within 10 days of approval.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase.

STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance:

  • Items purchased during a sale, discount, flash sale, or using coupon codes.

  • Custom-made pieces or products tailored to your measurements.

  • Items showing signs of wear including stains, perfume, sweat marks, or wash damage.

  • Items purchased using a credit note or during a promotional campaign.

  • Items exchanged once already.

All such purchases are Final Sale. No exceptions will be made.

DAMAGE OR DEFECT CLAIMS

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share a clear unboxing video and photographs as proof.
    Without this, claims will not be considered.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGE FEES

  • The cost of returning the item to us is borne by the customer.

  • In case of an approved exchange, a handling & re-shipping charge of ₹150 will be applied before we send out the new piece.

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

CREDIT NOTES

In cases where exchange is not possible, a credit note valid for 3 months will be issued (excluding Final Sale items).
